Download the app from your Logos account, allow the installation, and you’re ready to go. Here’s what to tap.

Get the Android appAndroid 9 and newer

Download your APK

Open this website in Chrome on your Android phone. Sign in to your Logos account, open Downloads, and tap Download Android APK. Core access is required.

When the download finishes, tap Open. You can also find the file under Chrome’s ⋮ → Downloads.

Allow Chrome to install it

If Android asks for permission, tap Settings, turn on Allow from this source for Chrome, then go back to the APK.

To find it yourself, open your phone’s Settings, search for Install unknown apps, choose Chrome, and allow installation.

Samsung phone? Auto Blocker may stop installation.

If Auto Blocker blocks the install or the permission switch, temporarily turn it off:

  1. Open Settings → Security and privacy → Auto Blocker.
  2. Turn Auto Blocker off and confirm with your phone unlock if asked.
  3. Return to Chrome, allow installation, and open the APK again.

You can turn Auto Blocker back on as soon as installation finishes.

Install and sign in

Tap Install, wait for it to finish, then tap Open. Sign in with the same Logos account you use on this website.

If you opened the APK in another browser or a file manager, Android may ask you to allow that app instead of Chrome.

Turn your protections back on

On Samsung, return to Settings → Security and privacy → Auto Blocker and turn it on again.

You can also turn off Chrome’s Allow from this source permission after installing. Logos will stay installed and ready to use.

AFTER YOUR FIRST INSTALL

Future updates happen inside Logos.

Logos checks for new versions automatically. You can also choose More → Update Logos. When an update is offered, tap Download update.

Allow Logos this time

Android may ask you to allow Logos to install apps. This is a separate permission from Chrome. Enable it when asked, return to Logos, and approve the update.

Samsung Auto Blocker

If it blocks an update, temporarily turn Auto Blocker off, install the update, then turn it back on. It can remain on between updates.

Use the signed APK offered through your Logos account. Android will still ask you to approve installations and updates.
