Core includes the academic workspace. Logos AI is an optional US$1.99 monthly subscription, with its own usage allowance. You can keep using Core without subscribing to AI.
The 20-message allowance resets each day at midnight UTC. The 3 planning requests reset with your subscription billing month. Allowances are shared across your devices and unused requests do not roll over. A backend request that fails releases its reservation; a request completed by the server can count even if you close the app.
Subscribe through Paddle from the account dashboard on Android or Windows. Cancel using the manage-subscription link in your Paddle receipt. If you have an older Google Play subscription, manage it through Google Play. Cancellation stops future renewal; access normally continues through the paid period.
Your one-time Core license and academic data remain. AI access ends when its paid period expires. A refund or payment reversal can end access to the product involved.
Yes. An administrator can grant free AI for a fixed period or with no expiry. Free access has the same 20 daily messages and 3 planning requests per UTC calendar month. Core is still required. A free grant does not cancel an existing paid subscription.
