Refund Policy
Last updated: October 9, 2026
This policy covers Logos Core, a one-time digital license, and Logos AI, an optional monthly subscription. Paddle processes website payments and approved refunds. Google Play purchases follow Google Play’s refund and cancellation procedures.
1. Refund eligibility
Refund requests are handled under Paddle's Buyer Refund Policy, which may provide discretionary refunds and refunds required by applicable law. This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights. Logos does not promise an additional fixed refund window.
2. How to request a refund
For a purchase or refund request, visit Paddle Buyer Support or use the support link in your Paddle receipt. Include the purchasing email address and Paddle transaction reference. Never send payment-card numbers, passwords, or authentication codes.
Paddle may request enough information to locate the transaction and verify the buyer. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method where possible.
3. Access after a refund
When a refund is approved or a payment is reversed, Access to the refunded product is revoked through the account entitlement system. An AI refund can revoke AI access without revoking a separate Core purchase. Active device sessions may be signed out. A refund does not by itself delete your Logos account or academic data.
Subscription cancellation
Cancel a Paddle AI subscription through the manage-subscription link in your receipt or Paddle Buyer Support. For Google Play purchases, use Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal and keeps access through the already-paid period. Canceling is separate from requesting a refund.
Deleting a Logos account, uninstalling the app or receiving free AI access does not cancel provider billing. Cancel through the provider to stop renewal. AI allowance is shared across devices and unused requests do not roll over.
For a Google Play refund, follow Google Play’s refund process.
4. Applicable rights
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited. Paddle may also apply its own payment and refund procedures.
5. Changes
We may update this policy when our payment process or legal requirements change. The current version and date will appear on this page.
